Sea Salt, Walnut, Chocolate Caramel Cups




They're ooey.
They're gooey.
They're crunchy.
They're rich, and chocolaty.
And the best part? These sweet treats are actually good for you!

Full of omega-3's, fiber, and superfood deliciousness. You have to try these easy, guilt-free, Sea Salt, Walnut, Chocolate Caramel Cups. (Whoo that's a mouthful.... literally!)


Ingredients:
-1/3 cup coconut oil.
-1/3 cup cacao powder.
-2-3 tbs agave (or sweetener of choice.)
-4 to 7 dates, soaked in water for a minimum of 1 hour.
-chopped walnuts.
-pinch sea salt.

Directions:
Mix melted coconut oil, cacao powder, and agave in a small bowl. Pour a thin layer into 4 small cupcake liners or molds. Stick in freezer for 1-2 minutes.

Drain dates of water and mash into a paste with a fork. Layer date paste on top of hardened chocolate.

Layer more chocolate on top of dates and a pinch of sea salt and crushed walnuts. Stick in freezer for additional 2 minutes.

Enjoy! Store in fridge or freezer.
